Would LOVE IT!!

I love photography!! It has become my new passion. I try to better myself on a daily basis and I am doing the 365 challenge.

Winning a new camera would really help my vision. <3

Want a chance to win a new one as well?? Of course you do. This LINK will redirect you to MCP.

Ponchita & Granny Smith

Some days... it's just fun to play. To dress up. To pretend.

Today!! Was one of those days.

Here's a sneak peek into our house. Gray was too busy building a train town to play with us.

Ponchita.

Aren't you loving these Photography Props?? You can find them at Only Prettier.

You NEED This!!

Every family needs a family photo.

Every.Family.

Why?

Because things happen. Live for today...

Capture your family. Capture your heart. Your love.

It doesn't matter if you do it professionally or have a stranger take it. Just take one. Life is too short not to have memories.

My grandmother are BOTH very vain. They have pictures of themselves.. and I love!! I love reminiscing.

If you are local to DFW... check this photog out; Jenn Weis Photography

She just did our family photos and from what I have seen so far, I LOVE.

Plus she's running a special!! CHECK IT!!

If you link up... let her know I sentcha please!!

Blast From the Past

Recently, my dad asked for some more pictures of the kids for my grandma, Omi. Of course, I hemmed and hawed. Sending 100s of photos via email takes a LONG TIME!

However, I love my Omi... so I wanted to make sure I got some photos to her.

While I was sending photos, I can across some oldies from the twins 3rd year birthday and Dalton's 1st Birthday!! I am in serious denial that Dalton is a toddler and no longer a baby. Seeing his chubby cheeks was refreshing.

It's amazingly sad how quickly time flies by. But before I start to cry... here's some photos of my BABIES <3

All photos taken by me... with a Nikon D90 and 50mm 1.8f. Editted using LR3. Unfortunately, the crispness in the photos are lost with the blogger uploading.

Texas Light

BlueBonnets spot lighted by the sweet Texas Sunset

I have always loved flowers especially sunflowers and wild flowers.

Then I moved to Texas.
WOW!!

The wild flowers here are beautiful. It looks like someone took a paint brush and started dabbing color throughout the green lush carpet off the roadways.

Bluebonnets have quickly become a favorite. They make a short appearance between the end of March and middle of April. They are just lovely.

So, of course, it's only fitting to take pictures of my lovely little creations of art, MY CHILDREN, in them. HAHA. I am so bad.

I prepared them to "model" and have fun this past Saturday... and that's what they did.

Alexandra. This is one of my favorites of her.

My handsome Gray. We were drinking red powerade before pics... LOL. Can you tell??

Can you get any sweeter??

Looking for snakes. Bluebonnets are snake heaven

How beautiful is this sun flare!??! LOVE THIS.

My sweet boy and his dirty lil' feet!!

So much for a really good picture of them together. LOL

Yes, We're Texans!!

This is my family.

These ARE The Three Stones.
They are Texans to the core...
...from cowboy boots
...to cows
... to their crazy mom making them take pictures in the Blue Bonnets.

They are my world.
{LOVE}
